1. Functions
The Faculty acts as the leading unit and advisory body to the University Council and the Board of Rectors in the following areas:
- Training, fostering, and scientific research in the disciplines and levels managed by the Faculty.
- Directly responsible for:
- Training and examination.
- Scientific research and knowledge enhancement.
- Managing professional activities, facilities.
- Managing lecturers, staff, and students of the Faculty.
2. Duties
The Faculty performs the following key duties:
✅ Coordinate student management (if applicable) as assigned by the Rector.
✅ Organize and implement training and scientific research activities according to the University’s plans and regulations.
✅ Develop academic programs in line with the development orientation of the Faculty and the University.
- Participate in admission activities to ensure enrollment targets and quality.
✅ Improve training quality through curriculum revision, compiling teaching materials and textbooks.
- Review, report on curriculum improvements for accredited programs.
- Conduct internal self-assessment of training programs.
✅ Develop and implement the Faculty’s development strategy.
- Evaluate the performance of lecturers and staff according to the University’s regulations.
✅ Lead and coordinate professional activities such as:
- Faculty-level scientific workshops, seminars, teaching observations.
- Academic excellence conferences, student conduct evaluations.
- Academic advising, student support and care.
✅ Collaborate with other units and organizations within the University to fulfill assigned tasks.
