On November 28, 2024, the Faculty of Law held its annual Faculty Seminar at the seminar room of Tay Do University. The seminar attracted a large number of faculty members, lecturers, and students from the faculty who participated enthusiastically.

The Faculty Seminar is an annual event organized by the Faculty of Law to promote scientific research activities among faculty members, lecturers, and students. It provides an opportunity for lecturers and students to share professional experiences, research skills, and present their research topics.

During the seminar, the following topics were presented by the Faculty of Law lecturers:

• Topic: The Law on E-commerce Promotion presented by M.A. Truong Kim Phung - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law
• Topic: The Law on Temporary Suspension of Employment Contracts presented by M.A. Nguyen Anh Thu - Lecturer
• Topic: Legal Provisions on the Legal Validity of Oral Wills under Vietnamese Civil Law presented by M.A. Nguyen Hong Chi - Lecturer

The presenters shared in-depth content based on their teaching, practical experience, and research, highlighting the key points of their respective topics. Additionally, during the Q&A session, the presenters answered all questions raised by the attendees and engaged in discussions to clarify any issues.

At the end of the seminar, it helped students develop independent thinking, self-learning abilities, and lifelong learning skills, enabling them to adapt to changes in the modern social environment. Through scientific research, students can expand their knowledge and soft skills, applying theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems.
