On January 10, 2024, the Faculty of Law held its annual Faculty Seminar at the seminar room of Tay Do University. The event attracted a large number of faculty members, lecturers, and students, who participated enthusiastically.
The Faculty Seminar is an annual event organized by the Faculty of Law to promote scientific research activities among faculty members, lecturers, and students. It serves as an opportunity for lecturers and students to share their professional experiences, research skills, and present their research topics.
During the seminar, the following topics were presented by the Faculty of Law lecturers:
- Topic: Legal Provisions on Inheritance Not Dependent on the Contents of a Will under Vietnamese Civil Law - M.A. Nguyen Hong Chi
- Topic: Trademark Protection Law in Vietnam - M.A. Vo Hong Linh
- Topic: Limitations of Unemployment Insurance Law and Proposed Solutions - M.A. Nguyen Minh Nhat
The presenters shared in-depth content based on their teaching, practical experience, and research. They highlighted the key points of their respective topics. Additionally, during the Q&A session, the presenters responded thoroughly to questions raised by attendees, providing further clarification on the issues discussed.
The seminar helped foster independent thinking, self-learning abilities, and lifelong learning skills in students, enabling them to adapt to changes in the modern social environment. Through scientific research, students were able to expand their knowledge and soft skills, applying theoretical knowledge to solve real-world issues.
