Recently, student Phan Thi Kim Hue presented her university-level scientific research project titled: “Liability for Damage Caused by Animals – Current Situation and Proposals for Improvement”, under the supervision of Lecturer Nguyen Hong Chi, M.A.

The research focuses on analyzing the current legal provisions on civil liability arising from damage caused by animals, assessing the practical implementation of these provisions, and proposing legal reforms to improve the regulatory framework. With a clear presentation style, well-structured arguments, and content rooted in practical relevance, the report received positive feedback from the Review Council.

The presentation not only demonstrated Kim Hue’s research capabilities and legal reasoning skills but also highlighted the dedicated guidance of her academic advisor. The project raised many practical legal issues and serves as a valuable reference for the ongoing improvement of Vietnam’s legal policies in this area.
