🎓 On May 29, 2025, the Faculty of Law at Tay Do University held a seminar titled “Consultation on the Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs) of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economic Law”, which took place in the university’s Conference Room.

The seminar welcomed numerous experts and delegates currently working in State agencies, law firms, notary offices, enterprises, representatives from universities offering Economic Law programs, and alumni—those directly involved in employing and assessing legal human resources after graduation.

💬 During the seminar, delegates highly appreciated the adjustments made to the learning outcomes and curriculum structure of the Economic Law program. Many comments emphasized that the program is not only progressively aligning with the new legal education standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training but also in accordance with major orientations and policies of the Party and the State in this era of national advancement—where knowledge, the rule of law, and innovation play pivotal roles in international integration and sustainable development. These adjustments also accurately reflect the expectations of stakeholders, especially employers, amid a society that increasingly values practical skills, digital competency, flexible legal thinking, and strong professional ethics among law graduates.

🔎 Notably, the following key adjustments were well-received:
✅ Enhanced modules on legal reasoning, enabling students to develop strong analytical, logical, and argumentation skills in dealing with legal scenarios.
✅ Inclusion of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) applications in legal practice, a necessary step in the digital transformation era.
✅ Integration of entrepreneurship education, aimed at equipping students with innovative thinking and the ability to create their own career paths.
✅ Strengthened training in legal English, helping students confidently access international legal resources, work in multilingual environments, and improve their integration capabilities.

🤝 Employer representatives also expressed their expectations for a new generation of Economic Law graduates who are not only legally proficient and professionally competent but also excel in soft skills, effective communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and above all, exhibit professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility in the workplace.
